They don't flicker as much but at the same time they are not very bright. They would look better on a tree than how I have them (on my house). The "crystals" are the best part, they're unbreakable and fairly spaced closer together than you would think. <br /> <br />When you drive around your neighborhood and see super bright LED's they're not like those, they're like the ones that you see that aren't as bright as those. Too bad they don't rate LED's in lumens for strand lights. <br /> <br />They're great, just know what you're getting.
